Please remember though, that physical visits to our private gym are strictly by appointment only, but you can contact us any time if you’d like to book one.

If you’d like to reach out to a trainer directly, please feel free. Because we cannot answer the phone when working with members, the best way to reach us during the day is by email. Our Location
The gym is located on Wabanaki Drive in Kitchener between Manitou Drive and Wilson Avenue just south of Fairway Road. Enter the parking lot on the left side and drive towards the back of the parking lot. There are two buildings on the property and we are on the main level in the back building. Just look for the big Kcal Fitness sign on the front of the building and park anywhere you like.
