Please remember though, that physical visits to our private gym are strictly by appointment only, but you can contact us any time if you’d like to book one.

If you’d like to reach out to a trainer directly, please feel free. Because we cannot answer the phone when working with members, the best way to reach us during the day is by email. Our Location
The gym is located on Madison Avenue South in Kitchener between Courtland Avenue and Mill Street. Look for the greyish building with a blue band along the top. Pull into the parking lot on the right side of the building and drive towards the back of the lot. You will see our sign on the side of the building, and the entrance is around the end.
