Realistic Exercise Programs
We understand that most of our members are not athletes and don’t want to be. They’re mostly average people with jobs and other demands on their time, who just want to build a healthy body they can maintain with a reasonable input of time and effort.

Creating the right program begins with understanding your history and circumstances, as well as where you’re starting from and where you want to go. Then we can choose the right program and customize it to work in a way that will be manageable for you. Our free assessment and planning session was created to allow us to do just that and includes:

Membership Rates
We are committed to providing personalized programming and professional training at a fair price. That’s why we charge an all-inclusive flat monthly fee. The fee includes everything outlined above and is based solely on the package you choose.

Individual Personal Training is still the choice for many, and it can be the best option for those who are just getting started, or have physical challenges that require special accommodations.
